Time Capsule Dedication

Time Capsule Dedication

On December 12, Sebasticook Valley Health (SVH) dedicated a time capsule (to be opened in 2038) during its year-long 50th anniversary celebration. Several SVH employees, board members, physicians, and community members attended the event that was held in the SVH boardroom.

As Board Chair Michael Gallagher looked on, SVH President/CEO and EMHS Senior Vice President Terri Vieira read a letter to the people who would one day open the time capsule: “As we close our 50th anniversary with the dedication of this time capsule, we reflect on our year with great pride… we hope that we were good stewards of Sebasticook Valley Health, and we know that you will continue to care for the facilities, the patients, the communities that we serve.” Both Mr. Gallagher and Ms. Vieira signed the letter before it was placed in the time capsule.
